Interviewer: Karl you have been quoted saying, "We work with CEO's and their senior team validating growth by first defining their break-even point then providing sustainable achievable solutions that reflect positively to their net profit.", what does that mean in layman terms.
Karl Tettmann: Yes, I guess that can be a mouth full to digest. Let me break it down for you. Simply stated we analyze the cost and effort involved in growing a company through new initiates. New initiatives are most often an increase in sales through existing territories and client base to expanding into new territories and new products or services.
Peter VanderHelm: Also, most companies grow inefficiently, that is to say they grow their top line but often fail to grow their bottom line. We have all heard company owners say, " We made more money and had less headaches when we were smaller", and yet we all fundamentally believe and understand that to be more profitable we need to grow. We help bridge that gap for companies.
